This week my DH and I are installing flooring at his sisters new condo. So not much time for sewing - or my usual chores.
We are installing engineered oak flooring. In the past we have installed laminate, carpet (never again! - too hard), oak hardwood (with a air nailer - very easy), ceramic tile, Duraceramic tile (one of my favorites to install - super easy!). This engineered floor is lock and click and is going down very well. It looks beautiful too.
While we were cutting wood outside, a large flock of pelicans flew by, had to run and get my camera.
They are barely visible over the tree.
One chore I had to make time for! Fresh out of the oven. Recipe here.
Kaye over at Miss Print is having a fantastic give away for her 100th post!! Be sure to check it out.
Kat over at Kat & Cat Quilts is in need of a few squares of fabric to finish a quilt she is making, maybe you can help her out.
Off to sew a few more strips of fabric for hexagons.
Have a great day, and thanks for stopping in!! ♥
