Granny's Hankie BOM

I finished April's Granny's Hankie BOM,

and I am working on January's and February's blocks.

These are replacement blocks because I decided to use different fabric for the background.
You can see the Granny's Hankie Album here (my old GH blocks are the ones with the busy black background).

I am getting the applique pieces all ready for tomorrow nights Friday Night Sew-In!!

I cant believe you do thes so quickly - I am still to decide on a background... back seem ed goo, but maybe in a black in a batik...what is the colour of your backing - balck or deep purple? I looks lovely

I love this block , as well as the one before this one ,this dark background really sets them off .

I have to agree with you that I don't care for the busy background that you started with but like the dark bkgrd the best. It really shows off the fabric now. Good job! I will be anxious to see January and February when you get them finished too.
