Finished Machine Quilting

Today I finished machine quilting my Pinwheels in my Garden mini quilt, just have to hand stitch the binding to the back.

I have noticed that a few people have been adding quilts to their laundry room, so I thought I would show you my laundry room. I made a little laundry quilt last year using my husband's old shirts (and buttons).

Today my oldest child also bought a new motorcycle!!??! Every mother's nightmare I am sure!!
The good thing is that it is a sign of spring (no robins yet)!

I have to turn off all the lights now (and sewing machine), earth hour is about to begin.
Have a great day!

I want to live in your laundry room. This quilt is beautiful. Great designs, great colors, great fabrics. Love it. Now, we just need to find a way to lock up the motorcycle in the laundry room! I know....not a decision you can control, as they are young adults.

Well, at least your son is wearing a helmet and leather gloves!

XOXO,

Your little quilt turned out so pretty! Enjoyed seeing it.
My family owned four motorcycles when I was a kid...we always road but off road. It's hard being a mom..don't they realize that?!!!

I love the way your mini quilt came out! Tell your son to be careful. At least he looks prepared.

The quilt is beautiful! Love the colors in it. And I adore your laundry quilt. What a sweet quilt. I have my doll's quilts stacked on a shelf in my laundry room. Your sock stretchers are great too. I have been bidding on eBay for some but so far they go up to high in price or postage is too high. A great laundry room is a pleasure to work in.

Hugs from Holland ~

What a great room to do washing in, love the laundry quilt (what a clever idea) and I noticed you have a quilt folded up on the shelf too.

Love your pinwheel hanging, oh how sweet it is.

I love that Lori Smith project! Wow! you did a fantastic job! I am very fond of motorcycles... as soon as the kids were too old to want to come on vacation with their parents my husband and I both bought a motorcycle and travelled to favourite vacation spots. "Niagara Falls,New Hampshire, New York, Gaspé and many more trips! My husband is still ivnvolved in teaching the Motor cycle safety. Your son must be very excited!
