I did a tumbler a few years ago and asked my then LAQ to do a meander stitch and she had to be convinced. I have two pieced tumbler top...I love the tumbler. I have two pieced tumbler tops and am trying to decide on the quilting. One is a 30s and the other was done using Grace from Moda. I quilted a doll size tumbler by using a 1/4 inch seam on either side of every seam and it really turned out nice.
